TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Jobfit agrees to provide a candidate with a written assessment of their CV.
1.2 Jobfit will assess a CV only if it is written in the English language. No refunds will be given if the CV is not written in the English language; with no exceptions.
1.3 The fee for the service is £10 inclusive of VAT (at 17.5%). Work will only be carried out by Jobfit once full payment has been received.
1.4 The fee covers a single CV assessment for a single candidate.
1.5 You (the candidate) understand that Jobfit will view your CV for the purpose of assessment.
1.6 The assessment does not extend to correcting spelling or grammatical errors.
1.7 Assessments are sent by email to the candidate in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format unless otherwise requested.
1.8 The CV must be sent to Jobfit by email, when requested, in MS Word, Works, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Jobfit will provide details on where to download the Adobe software free of charge.
1.9 The length of a written assessment and time spent on each candidate will vary.
1.10 Jobfit usually returns a completed assessment within two working days of receiving the CV from the candidate. Refunds may only be considered if Jobfit does not complete an assessment within twelve working days.
1.11 Jobfit offers an individual report unique to your CV, but will make no attempt to write or amend your CV.
1.12 The assessment will be sent to the candidate by email using the email address provided by the candidate.
1.13 The assessment of a CV given by Jobfit is for information only.
1.14 The assessment of a CV given by Jobfit is of the opinion of Jobfit and/or its associates.
1.15 Jobfit makes no guarantee of its service with respect to securing an interview or securing employment for the candidate.
1.16 In the event that no improvements on a CV can be suggested by Jobfit, no refund will be given to the candidate.
1.17 All information given in an initial review is final and detail will not be further explored or clarified without additional 

fee.
1.18 Jobfit will not forward personal information to any third parties with the exception of payment processing parties used by Jobfit.
1.19 Jobfit is not responsible for any third parties, which includes payment processing parties used by Jobfit.
